If you feel your manuscript or proposal is lacking in “oomph” I will review and evaluate your draft for you to give you renewed energy and direction.  Evaluations are in the form of a long report (approximately 10 to 15 pages in length) and tell you what you’re doing right as well as where and how you can improve.
